  Okay, so I didn't ever want to have to deal with this company. My beyerdynamic DT-990/600ohm headphones broke. I had to have them sent in for service. I was scared out of my mind that it would take forever and cost me an arm and a leg. I called and left a message on a friday, Peter, the guy who fixes their headphones called me back and told me the process. Super nice guy. He set me up for probably the best RMA repair service I've ever dealt with. He had me ship them out to him on a thursday (from California) and they were back and working the next MONDAY (on the complete opposite side of the country!!) at no charge but the shipping to Sound Surgeon. I honestly cannot think of high enough praise for this company. Love em and I hope I never have to deal with them again!
